What is the event about?

Are you an educator seeking deeper insight into supporting autistic children in your mainstream classroom? In this webinar, we'll explore practical approaches aimed at enhancing the emotional and sensory wellbeing of autistic pupils, focusing not on changing autistic individuals, but on adapting environments and mindsets to better support neurodiversity.

This session brings together professional strategies alongside personal experiences as a parent to an autistic child. It won't provide all the answers, no single session can, but it aims to open a reflective, ongoing conversation that supports educators in continually developing their practice.

By the end of the webinar, you will have considered various perspectives, ideas, and approaches that can enrich your understanding, helping you to move towards a more inclusive, empathetic, and supportive classroom culture.
