These free sessions are an opportunity for you to discover how the Thrive Approach is used in different schools and settings. The session will include an overview of the setting’s Thrive journey, their experiences of embedding the Approach, case studies and a Q&A.
Masefield Primary School introduced Thrive in 2021 after grappling with academic achievement, low-level disruptive behaviour, and an increasing number of children struggling socially and emotionally. In this session, Head of School, Andy Done, will share the journey the school has been on and the impact Thrive has had on pupils and staff.
